After every use, the garment must be hand washed. Harmful elements such as suntan lotions, salt, chlorine, and body perspiration can cause discoloration and spandex breakdown. Since laundry detergents are too harsh on the spandex and the color, use mild hand soap made without added moisturizers. Do not wring the swimsuit to remove excess water. Lay it flat on a towel and roll the towel up and squeeze gently. Remove it from the towel and lay it flat to dry. Do not hang it to dry as that will stretch out the fibers in the fabric. Avoid using washers and dryers as damage can occur due to agitation and excessive heat. It is also important to let your suit "rest" between uses. This allows the spandex to bounce back (called recovery) to its original size and maintain its fit longer. If you wear a suit without letting it recover, it will lose its shape and fit more quickly. It's recommended to let the suit rest for 24-36 hours between uses. Always remove excess moisture with a towel and lay flat to dry indoors or in the shade. Also note, direct sunlight will fade your suit. It is always a great idea to have more than one suit.

Great suit for the active personThis suit is great. I have worn it for swimming laps as well as water aerobics class. It is a very comfortable suit and it is great for doing flip turns. The suit dries very quickly and it is very light weight but surprisingly very supportive in all the right places! (I'm a DDD so that is very important) I swim, at least 3 times a week, so this suit will get quite the workout. It is so nice to be able to swim and not have to keep adjusting the neckline of the suit! I am so glad that I bought this suit and another Aquabelle suit as well.

Good for water aerobics.I bought this suit to do water aerobics several times a week. I am tired of having to buy a new suit every few months due to the chlorine. I have slightly slanted shoulders and need a suit where the shoulder straps don't slide off. This does the trick and it's easier to hook the back strap than I thought. It has good bust support. I gave this suit 4 stars for quality and value instead of 5 stars as it is supposed to be chlorine resistant and that remains to be seen over the next few months.

Great suit!I swim twice a week with US Masters Swim at the local health club. I needed a suit that was comfortable and conservative for long term swimming sessions, but for larger size women. This was perfect! My only complaint is that the hook in the back is placed lower than is comfortable for me to reach behind my neck. I always have to ask someone to hook me into the suit.

Deep Water from
Nice suit for shorter personNice looking suit and colors are as pictured. Suit fits a bit snug especially around the stomach and is not as long as indicated in the description. I am 5'6" and the suit feels short. I would order one size larger for fit around the stomach and back. Closure at back of neck is a bit awkward. Elastic around legs is a bit gathered, but looks like it will do the job.

BEST.SUIT.EVERI bought this after becoming disillusioned with a major Wisconsin online retailer. I was skeptical, but desperate. I'm 5'10" and over 300lbs - honestly a size 26 although I still wear some 24s. I put this on and swam in it today. I DID NOT HAVE TO TUG AT IT OR ADJUST IT EVEN ONCE (swimming 2/3 mile in laps in a pool).
The high neck is comfortable but not matronly. Eliminates the problem of bending over and revealing you bosom.
I was unsure of the soft molded cups - at first they looked like they would be over-kill. I was worried that when soggy they would droop or, worse, become overly bouyant. Neither was true. They fit well, stayed put (the elastic sat comfortably under my breasts and didn't move/rub or leave impressions). I was able to swim freely and my bosom stayed in place, and there were no worries of droopiness or of seeing the outline of my nipples beneath the bra. Perfect comfort.
The arm hole is cut fairly high, but is very comfortable. It covers unsightly fat, but again, simply keeps everything in place and covered. Even though they are higher than others, there was no rubbing or irritation.
The fit/lining of the body of the suit is excellent. It is firm/snug enough to give you good line and shape without being at all constricting. It's easy to get on. The outer layer lies smoothly against the lining. It doesn't pinch line some of the other retailers "slimming" suits, but not at all baggy, like some unlined suits.
Best of all, at 5'10", it covered my rump and stayed put. This stayed better than even a 26 Long size at the other retailer. My cheeks were covered and comfortable, and the leg openings overall were fine. Not too loose/not too tight. Even if you are shorter, I wouldn't worry. The spandex (or whatever the fabric) is firm and resilient enough that it should work fine for a shorter body. (when I was trim at 25 years old, I would have to buy a size 16 suit to accommodate my size 12/Tall length, and stuff the bust to make it work.)
Overall this is the most comfortable and flattering suit I've had in my adult life. I would highly recommend this and am going to have this as my go-to swimsuit source.

Supportive and prettyI have started swimming laps for exercise and my previous "athletic" suit did not support my F cups. This suite is comfortable, holds everything where it needs to be and is pretty!

Flower Bomb High NeckMy order of 4 suits for water exercise class came today. This size 14 is beautiful! The colors are just as posted. The fit is good everywhere EXCEPT the leg openings. I must either return or sew shut. I believe it is a mistake. The other 3 suits have leg openings 2,3, and 4 inches smaller than this suit. It has to be a mistake. No one wants to be open on the bottom area. They are not just loose they are as wide as the waist of the suit.

too difficult to fastenThis is a beautiful suit and feels comfortable, but I had to return it. I found it impossible to fasten the back on my own. There is no "give" to the back strap and it is located low on the side straps, making reaching it impossible. I could probably get it fastened initially with help from someone, but if it comes undone, I'm in trouble.
I like the higher neck and the colors on the suit~~ I look forward to receiving and wearing this suit and have loved about every purchase of suits I have made from your company. The suits are great and stand up well to chlorine as they are advertised.
I aqua-size 2-3 times a week. All my other suits stretch out, I found out that alot of the ladies from our pool were buying your suits. So I looked you up and found suits that will last longer and be more modest with our class being coed And there will be more room for my girls. I also love these colors, so I am really looking forward to wearing them as soon as they arrive. Thanks Barbara from Canada
is this aquabella flower bomb swimsuit chlorine resistant?
A shopper on Jul 1, 2015
Best Answer:I have had this suit for over a year. I wear it about once a week for water aerobics. I wash it after each class. It has held up wonderfully. I have several Aquabelle suits. This is one of my favorites.
i have a small chest 36 A and have a problem with suits wrinkling or dimpling weird in the chest because the built in cups are too big. How structured are the cups? Is this stretchy enough to fit tight on my chest?
Best Answer:The cups on this bathing suit are very structured and somewhat rigid like some of the newer bras with the foam cups. However, I generally wear a D size cup and a large size so I am not sure I am the person to ask. However, I am narrow through the chest (about 14.5 inches across to the arm creases). Having said that, this bathing suit fits very well and stays flat across the top due to the fact that it is higher in the neck. It is a great "swimming" bathing suit. My favorite suit is the Heatwave Crossback by Longitude. The cups are much softer and more natural looking. I hope this helps.
The cups are very structured. These are "foam/padding" type cups in this suit. When the suit isn't on and just laying flat....the cups are still projecting upward. The suit will not stretch tight across your chest. You instead would have cups of air laying on your chest. This suit isn't like a tank top with a shelf bra. I am a 40DD and I fill the cups out quite nice....no air pockets.
I wear a 34DD and the suit and cups work fine. I don't think that this suit is appropiate for you because the cups are structured for a fulller breast. There are other high neck suits that would fit better for you. Hope this answer helped
The cups are very soft, so think they will pull up tightly, if you are not too short of a person. I am 5'4" and I need the high back because I am a D cup (size 12) and have trouble with suits sagging around the bust. Hope this is a help.
Best Answer:I do not believe this suit has pockets for prosthesis. I purchased it because at 75 years of age, my breast are sagging and this suit lifts them to a more reasonable height and improves by figure. I do water exercises 2-3 times weekly and the suit has held up well for about eight months. I did purchase different model as a backup. Gerry J
Best Answer:No the flowers do not continue on the back of the suit. I believe there is a picture of the back on the web page. I have had this suit 1 month shy of a year and it is stretched out and the back fabric is breaking down, in fact the last 2 I have had have done that, yet I just ordered a 3rd one we will see what happens to that suit. Of course I wear them almost everyday( I trade off between 2).
