After every use, the garment must be hand washed. Harmful elements such as suntan lotions, salt, chlorine, and body perspiration can cause discoloration and spandex breakdown. Since laundry detergents are too harsh on the spandex and the color, use mild hand soap made without added moisturizers. Do not wring the swimsuit to remove excess water. Lay it flat on a towel and roll the towel up and squeeze gently. Remove it from the towel and lay it flat to dry. Do not hang it to dry as that will stretch out the fibers in the fabric. Avoid using washers and dryers as damage can occur due to agitation and excessive heat. It is also important to let your suit "rest" between uses. This allows the spandex to bounce back (called recovery) to its original size and maintain its fit longer. If you wear a suit without letting it recover, it will lose its shape and fit more quickly. It's recommended to let the suit rest for 24-36 hours between uses. Always remove excess moisture with a towel and lay flat to dry indoors or in the shade. Also note, direct sunlight will fade your suit. It is always a great idea to have more than one suit.

Kinda BummedThis suit looked amazing on. Bought it in February for water aerobics class that I attend once or twice a week. It's a salt/chlorine pool system. I'm obsessive in caring for it, rinse, dry, wash. It's May and the curvy line decor, mines white, is already starting to disintegrate. It's really supportive in the mid-section and holds the girls up where they belong, but the straps are a little loose so once I'm in the water... the girls get support from below but they are pretty all over the place on the top half. Not great for water aerobics. Great suit, just wished it lasted longer. Oh, no worries on the zipper!! That think would hold an elephant back!!!

Love it!I love this suit. It fits great and has good bust support for D cup girls like me. The pink side accents make me look more shapely and it makes me actually feel pretty in a swimsuit even if I am a size 20!

Fabulous fit.I love the way it looks & feels. My only concern is that I have a blue suit just like it & the color of the blue trim has faded.

great suitI use this suit for lap swimming. I love how easy it is to get in and out of this suit! It holds up great. I wear mine 3 to 4 times a week. It dries quickly too. I really really like this suit. Plan to order another soon since I am losing weight now :)

What size is this?!I wear a 16. I didn't want to squeeze into a swimsuit, so I bought an 18...not sure what I got.
It feels fine around the stomach, snug around the legs, and the built in shelf is so ridiculously tight, breathing is difficult. I wear a 38-40 D, so a size 18 shouldn't feel like a too-tight corset. Hoping that it will eventually get a little looser.

Didn't hold upI bought this about 3 months ago and loved it at first. Very figuring flattering . UNFORTUNATELY after about 2 months the material started sagging . I am in the pool 4 to 6 hours a week which may be a lot but this suit did NOT last 5 to 10 times longer as advertised . I'm very disappointed in this purchase.

GREAT SUPPORT1I had lost some weight so I decided to go down a size....WOW!! the fit was great. The "girls" are supported so well in this bathing suit.
I do water aerobics twice a week. These Aquabelle swimsuits hold up very well in the chlorine from the pool I just rinse them out with cool water after each use and hang upside down to dry. I purchase all my suits from Swimsuitsforall!
I loved this at first, but in the short time Ive had it its already falling apart, (the material) Very upset by this, loved the way it fit me but the material is disintegrating and I thought it was ok for the pool.. NOT
Best Answer:Yes it says it is and I believe that...but the water at the pools are still hard on them and they only last a few months ...then again I was wearing it 6 days a week... because of the bromine(sp?) that they use in pools now...but I for one loved these suits with the zippers...easy to put on and take off...make sure to rinse in cold water after each use to lengthen the life...hope this helps!
